Starting January 1, 2025, residents can enjoy complimentary parking in County-owned off-beach lots. More than 40,000 accounts have already been registered, giving access to free beach driving since October 1. Don't wait - register now to avoid $20 daily parking fees and potential citations!
Here's what you need to know:
Volusia County operates 60+ off-beach parking lots clearly marked with ParkVolusia signage.
Larger lots will have automatic license plate readers to verify registrations or daily payments.
Smaller lots will have mobile enforcement officers.
Daily passes are available at all lots via QR code or text, with kiosks in some larger lots.
Annual Passes are available:Residents: Get your pass to enjoy free parking year-round! Register online or at a ParkVolusia office.
Nonresidents: Enjoy unlimited access with an annual pass for $100.
